I have some advertising income to add to my balance. Since it is a small amount I will just add the advertising money on the first day of each month.
The items I listed on Ebay did not sell. Good thing they were not part of this project. If I would have had $.06 more last weekend they would have been part of this project.
I am starting to get links to and from other penny doublers. This is a fun project.

Today I was thinking about buying 4 sodas for .25 each and selling them for .50 each. That would double $1. Don't know if I am going to do it or not.
Last week I was at an auction and didn't find anything to buy at the low level I have right now. Good thing too. The things I did buy to re-sell on ebay as a hobby didn't sell. That happens sometimes.
This project is a lesson in risk and a great way to learn many things. Right now with only $1 I am very open to risk. Like the lottery ticket I mentioned yesterday.
I still didn't decide what to do with my $1. Hope to come to a decision later this week.

Yesterday I was considering getting a $1 lottery ticket. That would leave me with my original .01 if I lost, and advance me if I won.
In the end I thought about it and decided that it would be a foolish thing to do. At this low level recovery would be easy, but I would not be learning anything.

Yesterday I did some research for free stuff online.
I found some great sites and looked into some cool free stuff. On the down side a lot of the free stuff had conditions.
I decided not to continue down this path.
Time to shift gears and grow to the next level and beyond.
Depending on what level you are ay you might be able to take advantage of this. Ebay is having a .20 listing day today!

I was talking to Allen today about Penny Project ideas. He keeps finding money.
Anyway he came up with the idea of registering for free stuff on the internet then selling a box of the free stuff on Ebay.
Not a bad idea at this low level.
If I get some time tonight I will have to see what kind of free stuff I can find.

I didn't find any money the past couple days. There was an opportunity to purchase something for $1, but it was a taxable item and I am only at the $1.01 level.
There are 100's of ways to double money at this low level. I am trying to think ahead a little and work on some ideas for the future.

Not big news, but today I found 10 cents. For as long as I have been doing this project this is only the second coin I found.
It was near a snack machine in an office building.

Today I got a $10 Lowes Card in the mail. If you buy $50 or more worth of stuff they will take $10 off your order.
I was thinking of selling it. I don't really need anything from Lowes. Then again, it might not be worth the effort at this level.
Still holding onto my .91 for now. I am anxious to move up a couple levels.

So far my luck with finding money has been poor. I found a penny and that got me started.
From there, nothing. I look everywhere I go, but find nothing. My friend Allen on the other hand finds money all the time.
Once you get to level 8 finding money to move up the levels just won't work. Granted you could find a $20 or something, but what are the odds of that.
Now that I have $0.91 and need to get to $1.28 to reach step 9 finding money isn't my primary focus anymore.
At this low level I should be able to use Ebay and sell some garage sale stuff. But I have to keep the ebay fees in mind and not spend more then the level I am on. So a $0.55 ebay listing fee only leaves me .36 to buy something to sell on Ebay.
I know from experience that I can buy something for .25 and sell if for over $15 on Ebay. I did it a couple times last year. The only problem is finding that kind of item at that price. Not easy.
My focus right now is:
1) Keep looking for money
2) Check garage sales for something cheap that should sell on Ebay
3) Keep my eyes open for a deal that I can re-sell to someone I know (Like the coffee coupon)

I am currently on step 8 working my way up to $1 Million, or I might stop a little lower and start over with the project again.
Though I wanted to give a link to my report I can't yet. The rules won't allow me to use one of my existing websites to host the PDF file. So I will have to find a free hosting service for now. Or I might just ask a friend if I can host a file on one of their servers, that would work.
I jumped from step 1 to step 8 in one giant .90 step. I picked up a coupon for a free Starbucks coffee from a local business that was giving them out. Since I don't drink coffee I decided to sell it to someone who does. I paid nothing and sold it for .90 and the person who bought it also got a deal.
Now that I have more money to work with the updates should be more frequent.

My name is Michael Heindel. I do internet marketing and love working on the internet.
Not long ago I came across a report that described turning one penny into 1 million dollars. The report went into great detail about the rules.
The idea is to find 1 penny (in a public place) or have someone give you 1 penny for no reason.
If the first thing you find is more then 1 penny, then you cannot pick it up.
When you find your first penny, keep it separate from your other money.
Finding your first penny is step 1.
Step 2 is turning that 1 penny into 2 cents.
It sounds hard, but if you think about it now you can find any money amount. Now that you have a penny you can look for more money out in public.
If you find say $10, then you can skip all the way to step 12.
Obviously it would take forever to find $1 million. So after you are up to level 10 or so you will need to come up with ways to take that amount and double it to the next level.
More on the details of how to do this project later. But you get the general idea for now.
I started a PDF of my experience back when I found my first penny. In my next BLOG post I will update you as to what step I am on and give you a link to my file.
